Refunds AND Returns

This Refunds and Returns policy covers our Living Compost.​

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, unused and in the original packaging, and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase. Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item to process your refund. Alternatively, if you are unhappy, we can send a replacement at no additional cost.

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund using your original payment method if your return is approved. You'll then receive your money back within one working day.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:


- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Addressee gone away
- Parcel not called for


Then, you may either request a refund or return the item. Both options are subject to a £3.99 postage and handling fee. This covers the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing it.

Any Other Issues

If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. If we're at fault, we'll do our best to fix it for you.
