Living Materials, Made in Bristol

Our living compost is created through the Bristol Living Compost Project.

Food waste collected across the city is transformed into living compost and returned to Bristol soil, completing a local nutrient loop.

Some people take part in that system through membership. Others support it through one-off purchases.

How Your Purchase Supports Bristol’s Food Forest

Every product you buy helps fund the regeneration of our two-acre food forest market garden in Bristol. From compost and biochar to handmade art and patches, each purchase directly supports community composting, soil restoration, and education projects that rebuild local ecosystems, proving that conscious shopping can grow real roots.

Shop local, regenerate soil, and help our food forest thrive.
